1 c. long grain rice
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 packet duck sauce (orange things you get when you order chinese take out)

Boil 1 cup of long grain rice. Drain. Stir in 2 tbsp of soy sauce. Stir in 1 packet of duck sauce.

Done!  Grin


*note* any other usual ingredients like scrambled eggs, carrots, peas, broccoli, or garlic powder may be added but need to be cooked separately and stirred in before adding the sauces.

Moral of the story? Steamed rice + soy sauce = fried rice. And it's better for you!
